Technical depth.
Human instinct.

I’m Luis, a technical support and systems operations professional. I help people through complex problems—and follow the evidence into the systems behind them.

Hands-on with Linux. Experienced with people. Ready to bring both to an AI team.

The work
behind the skills.

Real users. Running systems. Clear handoffs.
A few examples of what I bring to the work.

Stay with the system
after it ships.

Independent operations · 2020–present

I operate two Flow verification nodes across local and cloud environments. The work includes network upgrades, Docker services, health checks, and verifying that everything comes back correctly.

  • Ubuntu LXC on Proxmox and a Debian cloud VPS
  • Post-upgrade checks with Prometheus and systemd logs
  • A custom monitoring dashboard built with GPT/Codex

What I bring: hands-on Linux operations, careful change execution, and practical AI-assisted automation.

Lucid Sight · 2018–2019

At Lucid Sight, I handled frontline Zendesk support for Crypto Space Commander and MLB Crypto Baseball: wallet connections, missing assets, account access, and product defects.

  • Reproduction steps with screenshots, video, and transaction evidence
  • Developer escalations with the customer’s context intact
  • Led four support and community team members

What I bring: patient technical support, actionable bug reports, and a useful connection between customers and engineering.

Corona-Norco Unified School District · 2013–2018

I grew from school-site support into Level 2 systems work: restoring access, recovering files, troubleshooting deployments, and helping move the district from Windows 7 Ghost images to Windows 10 SCCM deployments.

  • Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM 2016, and VDI
  • Driver packs, task sequences, and UEFI/Secure Boot
  • Deployment instructions and training for site technicians

What I bring: calm troubleshooting and repeatable procedures that other people can use.

A fix should leave
something useful behind.

  1. Understand

    Get the user’s context.
    Find the actual failure.

  2. Resolve

    Restore access or service.
    Check the result.

  3. Make repeatable

    Document the procedure.
    Equip the next technician.

The support habits I carry into every new system.

Where I can
help your team.

I’m looking to bring this experience to an AI lab or a company building the tools around them.

I use AI in my own operations, including a GPT/Codex-assisted monitoring dashboard. My foundation is support and systems: learn the product, investigate carefully, and help the person using it.

Technical product support

Investigate issues, reproduce failures, and give users clear answers and engineering useful evidence.

Support operations & technical QA

Improve documentation, validate changes, and make repetitive operational work more reliable.

Technical community support

Help people understand an unfamiliar product and bring their questions back to the team.

Experience,
earned hands-on.
